About

Terrazas de Punta Fuego was the result of the partnership forged in September 2001 between Fuego Land Corporation, the joint venture development company of Landco Pacific Corporation and Roxaco Land Corporation, together with the Pedrosa family, to develop their 43-hectare estate originally known as the White Sands Resort in Barangay Natipuan, Nasugbu, Batangas. White Sands has always been known for its pristine waters, the magnificent views of the South China Sea and its forest cover that is home to a variety of Philippine bird species. Terrazas de Punta Fuego continues to live up to its reputation as one of the Philippines’ most exclusive, prime, seaside residential enclaves.

Terrazas de Punta Fuego consists of four hundred – sixty one (461) residential lots. Today, there are sixty-two (62) Spanish Mediterranean – inspired homes built. These are further enhanced by Asian-tropical influences. Construction of new homes and the review and approval of designs are on-going. The Village is also home to the Terrazas Beach Club, the Amara en Terrazas Condominium, a number of parks, a forest reserve, and nature trails. The village maintains it own basketball and tennis courts.

The design of its rich natural landscape centered on wellness to provide each family a veritable haven and a well-deserved respite from the usual busy city life.

Terrazas de Punta Fuego is currently managed and operated by world-renowned property management firm, Colliers International.
